Armada Lex can provide its customers customized platforms with their colors and on which their logo appears. "White label" platforms enhance customers and signatories engagement.

The source code of the platform made available to our customers remains the property of Armada Lex. However, our clients may retain access to their platform and thus (i) to data, (ii) to individualized documents and (iii) to signed documents indefinitely subject to the payment of their subscription fee.

Our customers, or their advisors, receive personal access codes to their platform. When setting up a Premium Platform, Armada Lex team trains the end-users on the specifics of the tool made available to them. The collection of information, the individualization and the signature settings remain entirely at the hand of our customers and under their exclusive control.

 The Armada Lex solution is hosted by Amazon Web Services in Ireland and the servers used by DocuSign for the electronic signature process are also located in Ireland. After each transaction Armada Lex can "purge" the servers at the request of its customers.
